Since founding Hysterical Films, Summer Lopez & Carla Blair produced “Pretty Dead Girl” which successfully premiered at the Sundance Film Festival; they co-wrote the feature film adaptation, “Awakening,” as well as the original television pilots: “Me, Jane” and “Stripped.” The latter has a web series currently in production.
Today, Summer is penning a memoir, “Crazy is the New Pink.” The chick crime drama, “Dallas & Lexi,” is her latest original television pilot. Currently, Carla is producing a television show based on Mariel Hemingway’s unique take on life. She also recently completed a television pilot, “The Source,” which Carla co-created with her husband, Anil Baral.
